Last month, youth from across the country gathered in Washington, D.C. for the Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids annual Youth Advocacy Symposium. Among them was Caitlyn Martin, a member of the Vinton-Shellsburg HS ISTEP Chapter and the Statewide ISTEP Executive Council. Caitlyn spent the week participating in trainings and learned how to educate others about the effects of tobacco products that are not yet regulated by the FDA and how that impacts the lives of youth.
